Terms and Conditions

Payment for training is made at the time of registration either by credit card and EPT.

Payment for consulting services are 7 days terms from receiving invoice.
Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation a full refund/or credit adjustment will be receivable to the client ONLY if cancellation is made more than 5 working days (more than 1-week) prior to the agreed date.
Where cancellation is less than 5 business days prior to delivery a 50% refund will be offered to the client.
